How do I access the Web Wizard Web Site builder after I signup?

Login to the secure control panel located on the top of our page "login", then scroll down to the category in the control panel software/services and click on the icon Rvsitebuilder.

Can I access the secure control panel with out going to your page to login?

Yes, here is an example: type: "yourdomainname.com/cpanel" this will log you into your cpanel directly from your web site.

Can I access my web mail without logging into the c-panel to access?

Yes, Example: "yourdomainname.com/webmail" This will log you directly into your secure webmail. Note: username must be the full email address you created, followed by the password you created for that email.

If I do not like your services can I cancel at anytime with out being stuck in some contract?

Our services our month to month basis, if for any reason you do not like our services you can cancel at anytime and we will refund your current month paid for as well.

Will there be any pop up adds placed on my website?

We do not place banners or popup adds on your website, your web site and storage place is totally yours to edit and modify.

Will I be billed monthly or by the year?

We only bill you monthly. The day you sign up will be your next month date of billing, if however you would rather be billed yearly for your web hosting you would need to contact customer support.

What plan would be the best for my needs?

It really depends on how much web site storage space is needed plus how much traffic you think your web site will be getting monthly. If you start with a smaller plan you can always upgrade at no extra charge to a plan of your choice as your business grows.

Do I need to be a computer wizard to be able to make my own website ?

We guarantee that if you cant build your web site with our easy to use web site wizard, we will issue you a full refund. Our web site wizard was designed for new users and every effort was made to make it a simplified as possible.
